At COOFANDY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your COOFANDY account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
